2. Component Management

3. SMT Assembly

5. Conformal Coating
An Anda automated spraying line applies conformal coating to protect assembled boards against moisture, dust, corrosion, shock, ageing, and harsh temperatures. The line handles boards up to 550 mm × 470 mm, supports selective masking, double-sided spraying and baking, and both fan and needle spraying — with average spraying times of 0.5 to 3 minutes per board.
6. Low-Pressure Injection Moulding
For sensitive electronics needing deeper environmental protection, four low-pressure injection moulding machines provide encapsulation. This service covers medical and industrial sensors, LED lighting, battery packs, connector harnesses, and microswitches — from technical consulting and mould development through to production.
7. PCBA Testing
Testing is not an afterthought. 8. Finished Product Assembly
