Two DIP plug-in lines with Nitto wave-soldering machines and 24 rear-welding stations process through-hole boards through forming, insertion, wave soldering, lead cutting, repair welding, board washing, and functional testing.

Stage 4 — Protection and Testing. Boards destined for harsh environments receive automated conformal coating service on an Anda spraying line that supports boards up to 550 mm × 470 mm with fan and needle spray options. For components requiring full encapsulation, four low-pressure injection moulding machines protect sensors, connectors, and battery assemblies. Testing covers SPI solder-paste inspection, AOI optical inspection, FAI first-article inspection, X-ray inspection, ICT circuit testing, FCT functional testing, thermal imaging, and high-low-temperature reliability testing.

Stage 5 — Finished-Product Assembly. Two assembly lines combine tested PCBA boards with human-machine interfaces, enclosures, wiring harnesses, and connectors into packaged products under SOP-based production with barcode traceability, QC full inspection, and anti-static packaging.
